UARF, Greater Akron Chamber Join Forces

Groups combine efforts to help Northeast Ohio entrepreneurs

Sept. 11, 2007 – University of Akron Research Foundation Executive-in-Residence John Myers announced a strategic partnership Thursday that will unite UARF and the Greater Akron Chamber to avoid duplication of services.

The two agencies will work together to offer tools and services to area entrepreneurs, including collaboration on an upcoming guide of resources available to businesses to help them start, grow and thrive, creating wealth and jobs in the area.
