In Flight Video – Landing Akron, Ohio

A view from the cockpit while landing at the Akron Fulton airport on August 17, 2011. A clear, summer morning in northern Ohio.

The airplane is a King Air 300. Watch for the large black hangar that dates from 1929. This is where several dirigibles were assembled for the U.S. Navy. It continues in use to this day and is owned by Lockheed-Martin.

It’s been a while since I’ve produced one of these videos. Which I’ve previously titled “Fast Flight” due to having some sped-up video in each. I decided not to speed up any part of this one. And may simply drop that title from now on. Sped up or not. Also, I’ve figured out a simpler camera mounting rig. So I may produce these flying videos more often.
