At first, Eve Saint thought a “doorknob” was found in her nachos but later said she learned it was the pump for the nacho cheese dispenser. Saint tells Hudson Valley Post, when she called to complain she was told it was impossible and was hung up on. After many calls she says she finally received an apology and was offered free nachos. Taco Bell says they are investigating.
