Meal prep is one of the biggest keys to getting fit and also having your body feel good. One other benefit of having meal prep done for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is that it saves you time during the week. Instead of wondering what you are going to have each day you have the meals already done. My goal for this video is to take you grocery shopping with me to show some meal prep ideas and how everyone can do meal prep. For the week I picked up so Greek yogurt, asparagus, frozen fruit for breakfast smoothies, chicken, brown rice, along with protein shakes.
