A crafty raccoon used a passing skunk as a step ladder to reach seed on a bird feeder.

While Annette Baker slept at home in DeKalb, Illinois, on October 4, her CCTV camera picked up some unusual animal activity.

A hungry raccoon was unable to reach some low hanging seed on her bird feeder but, fortunately, a passing skunk provided the perfect perch.

Using the helpful critter once to get up to the plate, the skunk actually returns to help the raccoon grab a handful of food for a second time.
