Surf & Turf is one of my favorite dishes to cook over live fire. In this episode, I will be showing you how to cook a Tomahawk Ribeye and Lobster Tails on the Bree Fire Pit. We keep everything simple with just salt & black pepper + a garlic & parsley butter sauce to go on top of the split in half lobster tails. So get your fire started because we are about to grill!

1 whole tomahawk ribeye
2 warm water lobster tails, split in half
———— Garlic Butter Sauce
1/2 cup parsley chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
